“Grain.Pigs.Meat-2023” is a conference initiated by the “Meat Industry” association, aimed at bringing together agricultural professionals from various fields who want to transition from working with raw materials to the comprehensive processing of grains and meat into finished products. This concept became the central focus of the event, around which the entire summit promotion strategy was built.

The AGRO Marketing Agency brand was one of the co-founders of the conference, the organizer, and the executor of the marketing campaign for the event. The team gave their full effort, which allowed them to achieve the desired results and attract the attention of both the business circles of the agricultural sector and the general public.

Of course, we could have contacted partners and well-known market players directly, but that would have led us to miss a significant audience, such as startups and young agricultural brands.

Therefore, we decided to launch an active marketing campaign, which included:

  • Visual design preparation.

  • Creation of PR and SMM content.

  • Collaboration with well-known thematic publications.

  • Email marketing.

  • Search for sponsors and partners.

How the Conference Organization and Promotion Were Carried Out

It all began with the foundation, which involved analyzing key aspects:

  • Identifying the event’s target audience.

  • Analyzing the market and its key niches.

  • Studying the industry's issues.

  • Searching for additional sales channels.

  • Identifying related trends.

This background information was then used in the subsequent actions taken by the AGRO Marketing Agency team. And there were plenty of them:

  • Creating visual assets, such as logos, photos, and style guides.

  • Developing an event website to centralize its organization.

  • Forming information triggers and content.

  • Publishing thematic announcements and calls-to-action on social media and in the press.

  • Implementing news, announcements, and updates for the audience and partners.

  • Monitoring promotion channels and campaign performance metrics.

  • Directly managing the event.

As you can see, there was no shortage of tasks, nor were there challenges, uncertainties, and even some oddities. However, the result exceeded all expectations..

Results

Results

As a result, the conference took place. Around 200 representatives of the agricultural business participated, including representatives from agribusiness holdings and food brands. In this way, we reached the entire critical audience involved in the cultivation and processing of grains, pig breeds, and more. We discussed the industry's challenges, set goals for the coming years, and identified optimal strategies for addressing current challenges.

As for the success of the marketing campaign for the conference, we achieved the following metrics: over 10,000 views of posts on social media and approximately 3,000 views in industry media. A good result, considering the state of the market and industry during a period of turbulence.
