  • Task:

    develop a traditional corporate practical event on grain storage and processing technology. With the organization of a visit to the factory of the manufacturer of elevator equipment and an operating elevator

  • Target audience:

    Owners and managers of agricultural enterprises, elevators, grain cleaning and grain drying complexes and all those who plan to build a grain storage or already use it

  • Period:

    May 20 and 21, 2021

What did you do?

What exactly we did

Agro Marketing Agency team was involved in the preparation of a two-day turnkey event.

    Development of the conference concept

  • Preparation of sponsorship packages, negotiations with potential partners

  • Creation of an event page on the Internet (landing), in social networks (Facebook), channels in messengers (Telegram). Writing advertising and information texts (news, publications) and their distribution, including in specialized mass media, in order to promote the customer and the event as a whole

  • Processing applications for participation, registration, preparation of badges and their production. Full technical support of participants.

  • Selection of the venue for the forum, arrangement of the hall

  • Calculating and ordering the necessary amount of food and drinks for coffee breaks, lunch, evening buffet on the first day of the forum and excursions

  • Approving the excursion program, providing a transfer for visiting business entities

  • Registration of participants, providing them with necessary handouts (conference program, notebooks, pens, advertising materials from sponsors, etc.). Assisting speakers in preparing presentations for speeches. Moderation of sessions and panel discussions of the conference.

  • Involvement of a photographer and videographer, provision of received materials to the customer and participants

Result

The result of fruitful work

  • More than 120 participants

    • were involved

  • TOP experts in the construction and operation of elevators were selected and involved

  • More than 6,000 social media posts reached

  • Coverage of the event by more than 10 all-Ukrainian agrarian mass media

  • More than 20 thematic news were prepared and published in mass media

  • The final article about the event has been viewed more than 25,000 times
